What are ATVM cards ? What are the facilities with this cards ?

In Mumbai ATVM is installed at each station weather big or small, at both ends i.e. East and West,also each ticket window with minimum 2 ATVM for each ticket window
in mumbai coupons are availble where there is no atvm in small station. in mumbai generally 90 % of station has atvm machine and also coupon system is availble, but i have heard that coupons are not used from july 2012. railway has decided to remove coupon system this year because of it misuse. buy next year all station in mumbai will atvm machine installed.
ok then i think in 2011 all station has atvm installed even the outer area of mumbai also has atvm like station falling after kalyan . kalyan to karjat and kalyan to kasara
