Karan Jain~ 499 blog postsI think JU division's lackluster attitude will make us lose this train too. If the rake is ready, what are they waiting for? Gujarat elections came and went away now are they waiting for Rajasthan elections to come?
NWR wasted the opportunity to introduce this train during the season where at least they could have understood the response rate for the same.
And if it's running on the current TT, better not introduce it as there is no speed up or anything special about this HUMSAFAR then.

Railways is biased. In WR now ADI/MUMBAI trains get speeded up/introduced and in NWR they see just JP/AII .....rest good potential stations are dismissed. Train are not speeded up/introduced from these stns except JP/AII
Arre even the Ajmer-Bhilwara-Chittorgarh-Udaipur route is getting electrified. Why only Jodhpur is getting neglected. because of a small patch of 100kms, the trains will have to run on diesel and on a single line. Sadly, there is no one to lobby on the Mumbai-Jodhpur sector.
12490 is also being underrated and not getting daily runs, since last 8 years of its introduction, its frequency hasn't increased even by a day more, despite proving its mettle on this sector.
