New Chair car LHB rake spotted at BSL outer and i think it will be allotted to some train which starts from BSL

yes pics were captures from SPL AC train which is the worst train to travel in terms of travel time and it ran like a passenger and stops in most of the small stations and have LHB coaches which are also not cleaned and maintained
ye koi existing train ko milega ya fir koi nai train chalu ho sakti hai to offcl notice aane tak rukna padega
yes IR is taking high charges for SPLS but not maintaining there punctuality and cleanliness so its very sad that people are paying high charges but in return not getting good services and even i have gone from Pune-HTE SPL and its also got late about 6 hours so IR shud run SPLS with priority otherwise they shud have not take extra charges
