I want to book Tatkal ticket in Rajdhani Express ex Jhansi to Bangalore for Friday, 3rd Feb.2012. My problem is that the train originates from Delhi on Thursday, 2nd Feb.2012. It means when booking opens on Wednesday, the Tatkal quota booking will start at 8 AM. But it won't allow me to book ex Jhansi since the date of journey will be of Friday. What should I do?
u can book on 1st feb frm jhs to banglore ,, tatkal opens frm ndls to Bangalore on same day ,,no need to wait till 2nd feb.
Rules have changed now. Tatkal booking for the intermediate stations falling on 2nd/3rd day of the journey of train shall commence on the same day along with the stations falling on the 1st day of the journey.
