Absolutely True, but I don't agree completely.
We can curse Sinhaji as much as we want but the truth will be truth, No one could've ever thought about developing Ghazipur if not for him. In fact it acted as a boon for surrounding areas too not only Ghazipur. What basic trains does a city needs ? A train to Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Katra (for Darshan) and South India. He gave all (most atleast) to Ghazipur with LHB Coaches because he knew it'd take atleast a decade for Ghazipur to get them without any political pressure, as Railways doesn't always go for Demand. And he isn't after stoppage of Rajdhani or any other train at Ghazipur which I highly appreciate.
