OK actually you see in some charting location the seat are allotted from the previous charting location if too many seats are available in the first location. Then you experience this kind of situation.
But Chart has not Prepared yet from Source station New Delhi. I cross checked also.

HO has been allotted early then. One suggestion you check all heavy wait listed trains' HO. You will see few seats are used up even 5 days in advance. I guess very early HO allotments took place also
