Seats may get damaged... That's why I'm saying.. Also they can make another train LHB with that coaches...
It's SCR style to give chair car to both Reservation and UR be it is LHB or ICF..
Don't you know that Ratnachal and Pinakini running with these type of rakes (ICF CBC) from last decade..all 24 coaches are of 2S chair car type be it is Reserved or UR.

Any JS! They're giving LHB rakes to intercity trains but not to JS.
