I have a booking in YPR HWH duronto dated 3Jun...Two seats are reserved of which one is confirmed and the other is WL#1.. Now I wish to cancel those now..
1) Shall I get complete refund? If not, please tell the cancellation charges
2)How do I claim my refund(It was e ticket and payment was made using credit card) and within how many days will it be processed?

1 is cnf and other is waiting ..than you can travel. No issue. Other thing...For cnf ticket no refund will be given after chart preparation.
If you want to cancel these two before chart preparation than you can by going cancel ticket in irctc.co.in. If your monthly bill has been generated after booking your ticket. Then you have to pay the bill. When refund will credited to your cc account then It will be settle down in next cycle other wise you have to give fine to cc company.

One passenger is waitlisted, he will get full refund less clerkage... Shall the same be applicable to the confirmed seat passenger too?
Also you will not get complete refund for cnf ticket....I m 99% sure. Yes for waiting one you will get the refund after deducting cancellation charge of Rs60 for SL or for 1Ac it will be minor charge.
If you cancel now..
1)For CNF passenger Rs.240 will be deducted as cancellation charge & Rs.60 as clerical charge for WL passenger. Also add to it the bank payment gateway charges will not be refunded.
2)For E-Ticket you can login in to your account of booking and select the PNR and opt ot cancel it, refund will be credited back to your Card in around 3-4 working days.
