how does a w/l ticket converts into confirm ticket
how does the flow goes
i.e w/l-rac-confirm........thee must be several quota in between (vip,politician,army,tatkal,senior ctzn ,handicapped,....etc)

General WL tickets gets confirmed thru General Line Only. Quotas are for By-passing the general line.
