Is it ok to board this train from WFD (White Field) if I have a ticket from SBC (Confirmed Tickets)? Will the TTR allot berths before WFD?

In Whitefield staion PRS staff refused to change he boarding point and he insisted that boarding point change can done only at KJM Krishnarajapuram.
