Start a new MEMU Locals between Kakinada and Visakhapatnam with every 3 hrs interval from Morning 5 AM to Night 11PM.
i.e
From Kakinada Timings: 5:00AM,8:00,11:00,14:00,17:00,20:00,23:00
From VSKP Timings:5:30AM,8:30,11:30,14:30,17:30,20:30,23:30....
