Today, a lengthy debate took place on the definition of 'Overtake'.
If a train passes another train which is standing regardless of being on the outer or on any other region but railroad will be considered an overtake. If a train gets derailed and other trains pass it then it will not be considered as overtake.
More ideas regarding the definition would be appreciated.

According to me overtake means running ahead of other train on same route. In video that was overtake but it was a parallel overtake because Prayagraj was not halted for clearance to 19041. Prayagraj was stopped because it was too much before time.
