Whenever a train proceeds from Naini Junction to Allahabad Junction, no other train is given passage until the train arrives at the Platform of Allahabad Junction. Now in case of my LTT Allahabad Duronto journeys it took atleast 50 minutes due to the lack of dedicated approach lines to Platforms after PF# 6 (as Duronto arrives on 8 or 9). Same is applicable to trains from Daraganj (no train is then allowed to enter from Naini Junction and Prayag Junction) and the same is true for trains from Prayag Junction.
Now at Naini at least 20- 30 minutes are taken by trains to cross over to Chheoki from Link Junction cabin and same 20 minutes for crossing to mainline from Chheoki depending...

upon freight traffic from Chheoki to both Allahabad Junction and Link Junction Cabin (towards Iradatganj). No Freight is regulated at Naini Junction, so once they proceed from limited stabling lines after Naini Junction they have to cross Allahabad Junction totally (which I can tell you takes more that 40 minutes).
Now during all these Khichdi unless the traffic from Daraganj, Prayag Junction or Satna line from both Naini Junction and Chheoki Junction is clear no train proceeds from KCN towards Allahabad.
So even your figure of 2 hour seems to be good when Allahabad's own Duronto takes 2 hours 30 minutes atleast from Iradatganj to Allahabad, hence heavy slack for it in Satna Allahabad Section.
