Panel work installation would not take more than one week if they work properly else you know very well how IR works specially NER and RVNL. As on date the biggest issue is that L&T is pushing hard but not getting support from NER so project is getting delayed. L&T is planning to complete the project ASAP but NER want to drag till monsoon so that they can delay further.

What's wrong with NER.. look at this, now new deadline as August 2018 for trial.. Still no news about train commencement.. Ratan Ji you're right.. It seems that even in December, the train will not be able to run. I do not know what is going on from so many years. Only 50%work has been done in last 22months.. Ravi Ji you can't expect any good News from NER.. corrupted
