Some one please suggest me a good chain from Thanjavur Jn(TJ) to Latur(LUR) please. Can't find any and need to go this September in urgent.

Darnish, there are many options depending on your preference for the day of the week. Look for connections on MAS-CST route like Daund or Kurduwadi. If you don't want to change too many trains, you may take, for example, MDU-KCG and COA-SNSI and make it under 30 hours.
Solution suggested in reply 12 by gnagda is feasible solution.
You will get direct MSRTC buses from Solapur Bus Stand which is just 2 Km from Railway Station.
