Telegram, Viber, etc.) will work completely offline with blog/message posting offline/online/whenever internet is available, and blog/message delivery to your device with device notifications.
There will be a full options menu to mute notifications or to specify what kinds of blogs (public, pvt, monitor, rf club, etc.) you wish to be notified.

The beta version apk will be available on the site soon, and after some feedback, bug testing be publicly available in Play Store and App Stores.
