The IRCTC website which is used for online e-ticket booking is not working properly near about one month. I am absolutely surprised to say that we are saying that we the world one of the best Nation in IT sector. If we are not able to run a government web site, which is very essential in present generation. Then we don't have any right so say that we are one of the best Nations in the world. Either it should run properly or close the website & circulate instruction to the customer that online reservation is not possible, only counter ticket is possible. We are unnecessarily wastage our time to book ticket online but failed to book. In the same available tickets are finished & we are hopeless. As an Indian, as a sufferer customer I want to see improvement. Otherwise I will lost faith on such facilities provided...
