IRCTC site is becoming worser day after the day, I've been trying to book a ticket from GDR to SC since morning, umpteenth time, I'm getting the "Service Unavailable" white screen. What should I do? I can't go to the counter before 8 PM and the counter will be closed by then.

I'm in the out-skirts of Chennai (On the OMR Road at Sholinganallur to be exact) and I'm new in this area! so no idea if there is any agent in this area.
Also, the e-ticketing agents also have to login to irctc i suppose, and the site login will be the same for them too i think.... Am I wrong in this case?
