batter add berth in sleepar and 3A like garibrath . railway can earn more without increasing fare from this way.
Then why do you think the concept of 9 berths (SM berths) was taken OFF from SL Class if it were generating Extra revenues???

A Big Noooo. It was introduced and I travelled in Charminar exp with painful night journey. One of the worst implementation to add Revenues. For Garibrath it is necessary coz low fare train compare to other trains.
its taken off becouse of people protest. i also dont like this kind of berth that time. but this would be batter option for for now and Extra 9 berth generates extra revenue .
I don't think this will be part of this rail budget.
