problem with DNR or any other division is -
There is altogether a different thinking among the coaching staff and operations staff.
Coaching team designs a time table in which 12401 shall be ahead of RJPB rajdhani upto DDU.
But operations team ko woh baat bardaasht hi nahi hoti.

Rajdhani ko 22:00 ka pahle hi pahucha denge, chahe uske liye 12401 out of path kyun na ho jaye NCR me.
And that's ensure 100% punctuality loss for 12401 in the next 1 year.
