Even after putting berth preference to Side lower or lower , why railway is alloting upper or middle berths only ? Noticed it in my last few transactions.

Avbl 7 was too less as this train has more than 250 berths, 75 berths and 24 berths in GNWL in SL, 3ac, 2ac respectively. Thats why you didn't get your choice.
