For the 1 st time 2 years ago while traveling from TPTY - VSKP in TPTY - SRC weekly SF
My SL berth was taken by TC only and he gave reply as that berth is alloted to TC & he gave UB for me.
2nd time 1 year ago in Kalka Mail while going to HWH from MGS...

that day train was late for 3 hrs by the time train reached MGS our seats were occupied by other people later with the help of TC we got our seats but not SL since that seat was taken by a railway police man
3rd time recently while coming to MAS for IRI Convention in HWH mail, this time I
surprised to see my confirmed SL berth was given to RAC people and I got SU .
Very sad ....
