12129 Azad hind super fast Express overshoot red signal on 20 Aug 18 near Bhalulata station.Driver ,Assistant driver and chief loco inspector disembarked on the spot by railway authority.It was found driver overshoot the red signal and applied emergency brakes but train overshoot by 150 mtrs.Enquiry under progress by Railway Authority.
this reminded me of a long back same kind of incident of Lucknow Mail overshooting the signal and not stopping at a regular halt (Hardoi)
Driver had not applied the break, instead the guard had stopped the train after the SM told him about the incident. The drivers overshoot the starter and advance starter.
