I think it's 130 MPS allocation should be re-evaluated, as I think 130 MPS is allocated based on the quality of maintenance by respective CDO (Please correct me if I'm wrong).
Now the quality of interior maintainence raises a big question mark about the technical capability of Coaches, so to avoid any untoward accident this is needed.
No offence to ER or Poorva Express fans.
