Rely on TT.. Hm.. Any train, irrespective of class has its time slot all along its route.. hence, it can follow the TT.. To rely depends upon your perspective.. Today, I came to BZA in YPR - VSKP TF Spl. And it reached BZA 15 minutes early!! The train has a good late record! It all depends on the situations that day.. no one can say.. but yeah.. TTs are planned only if there is an available time slot..

I got it what you are saying..to be more precise....as it is a special train...i can understand 2-3 hours delay will be there..but it should not be like 12 hours delay or indefinite late etc.
