from past ten year ,there is one question running in my mind , if you give permission to me then i will ask

but its the job of railway to arrange the new trip for those passenger, if any passenger is going for any urgent work then whose gonna responsible for that?
if the train's departure is postponed and not cancelled (i.e. late departure by xx hours, then the same ticket is valid for the delayed departure). in case the train is totally cancelled, full refund is given back to the passenger. the canclled ticket passenger is not entitled to the berth in the next train.
If journey is postponed by the traveler, he will be accommodated subject to availability with in the rules of postponement
if a train is cancelled,the passengers journey date is not postponed...the passengers are refunded the money back...they are never adjusted in the next day's train...however,if a train has been rescheduled,due to late running of pairing train or any reason,then all the passengers are accomodated in that very train which may be running the next day due to rescheduling...
