Need Help!!
Today i booked a ticket for my Brother from IRCTC by my User Id and mention his cell no. my Brother will board the Train at 6PM Today itself, but yet he did not get any message from IRCTC.
Plz tell me now what to do! How can He board the Train witout irctc sms.
What should i do now?

sir Kindly tell me what is EFT?
And tell me whether he has to take a permission from TTE to board the train first!
