This is second rake, old rake has probably gone somewhere, maybe POH.
Is ..3rd rake really required by this train ?

As trains with LHB coaches and for 1000+ kms runs with 2 rakes ..without rescheduling ..
Maybe this coach is for transfer purpose ..
