I have booked a ticket vide PNR No:2233533247 in tatkal quota from ANVT to KOJ for 26-03-2012 for two passengers. After booking 1 passenger is confirmed while the other is waitlisted 1. Will all the passengers get confirmed, and if not will both be allowed to board the train? What is the refund scenerio in this case, if i wish to cancel the ticket??

mind you sir,you have to get a non boarding certificate from the tte on boardd in case he does not travel or else no refund...the certificate you have to send by post to irctc and also if possible send it via e-mail as a scanned copy to be doubly sure...file a tdr within prescribed time limits to get the refund...the refund will be full fare minus rs.20+irctc charge
