Courts are meant for resolving disputes among legal entities in accordance to rule of law.
It empowers the citizens to challenge the claims in this case which is HS conversion.

Recently my city suffered from the same issue. During lalu Prasad a railway line was proposed from solapur to jalgaon via Aurangabad Ajanta later due to politics it was shifted to jalna and even Ajanta was removed from the route.
