Humsafar exp will be good as it is a premium train. Difference of b/w GR and HS is too much. Only one change I recommend in GR is increase its fare. In no way it will lose its patronage even after fare increment by 20%. Definitely GR is cramped and I too feel SL is better than GR 3E but converting them to HS is bad idea. Actually HS concept itself is not good and thats only because of dynamic fare. Had the fare been fixed at base fare of normal train ×1.15 (i.e. base fare of HS exp), then most of HS would have got decent patronage.
