SO bascially u want to say tha all the passengers who have travelled in sc-bza intercity have great understanding of public property and it's preservation which basically means only the people of andhra and telangana have travelled in this train since 2016 and not a single pax from up,bihar(all of them having no knowledge of public prop and it's presrvation) has ever travelled in that train....please show relevant data to prove this
