Howrah has 23 platforms. (1-16) and (17-23)
Why trains coming Via Rourkela stands between Platform(17-23)

because in 17-23 platform only south train via kharagpur station or tata
because platform 17-23 are specially built for trains to karagpur route...........
In which platform of Howrah Sainik Aramgah is there. Urgent reply please
