Food/Catering on this train for SBC - MYS leg is not that fair but enough to keep you running. They will serve you with boiled rice with mix vegetables or more precisely with pullao for veggies and for non-veg they will serve you with egg omelets and if told well earlier they will serve you boiled eggs too. I will rate the food a well rear lunch.

I recently travelled in Jan'19. Breakfast itself if of no use with cold upma & stinky vada. And, Veg. Briyani with curd is too difficult to have it. Suggest not to opt Food while booking. With that bucks, we even we can take something from Jan Aahaar from Chennai Central and can have decent lunch in Adayar Ananda Bavan / Comesum in Mysore Junction
