This DEMU was expected to be a flop..The question is will this DEMU get extended to AFK/TCR/TRTR/KTYM??Or will they again pipeline CHTS by showing dreams about heritage museum and tourist circuit trains??

What I really doubt is the intentions of the railway officials..Nowhere they are saying that they will look into possibilities of running this DEMU upto AFK/TCR or PVRD/KTYM..Instead they are showing dreams of things like tourist circuit and heritage museums..It seems as if this service was started purely as an eyewash to silent public uproar of not operating trains from CHTS and later show that operating trains from CHTS is not profitable..

And some things said here are true..I am one of those many people who pass through Vathuruthy LC during these peak hours and we need to wait for the DEMU to pass..I can see less than ten people in the train and hundreds of people waiting on the road for these ten people to pass..If it was running to say TCR or KTYM it's absolutely fine as these ten people will eventually turn to hundreds from ERS and other stations enroute..But here this is what it is..And I too feel blocking hundred for ten is quite illogical..

I agree to the point that nowhere have railways official said that they will look into the possibility of extending service to either Angamali, Aluva or maybe even kottayam or Alleppey
