Bus stand from Obra is in a radius of 1km and plenty of autorikshaw available from Obra...
There are paid service from chopan to obra too..
Chopan is a fairly big place and access to all parts of Sonbhadra easy from there...

Getting down at Obra and then shifting to hotel should not be an issue, as in small stations rikshaws/ autos do come, on time of train arrival.
