Why trains from gadag to bijapur run very slow, Is it due to track condition, If yes, will this be resolved after doubling?

I travelled between Nimbal to Gadag so as we know lachyan michinal doubled but I saw their was line work going on which is on PF-1 of Nimbal and Minchinal Bijapur track laying going in good pace just few km left to reach Bijapur and on other side From Ibrahimpur towards jumnal track laying works going on.. All earth works are almost finished between Ibrahimpur to Wandal but bridge works of krishna, holealur and Gadag jn outer are going on.. And still they need to start parvati katti, and some bridges between Mugalolli Bagalkot.
And also lot of space is created near Bagalkot station so I think Bagalkot yard area will be increased with some two or 3 tracks..

Thanks for the reply, But they should consider to run superfast trains on this line
Yup they should consider but still lot section is single line and considered as branch line in railways. It need to be upgraded into Class B line from Class E then we can get 130kmph speed allotment but right now no chances that this section get into class B and this section will be another Hubli/Gadag- Ballari/Guntakal section with huge no freight trains and with zero super fast train until now..
