This topic keeps coming up. 2+ years back, we had a detailed arrival/departure history as well as Avg. Arr/Dep Delay for each train. This was the first feature to be hit with Govt. blockage, and since 2009, we were no longer able to support this feature.
It's been a long 3 years, and neither the Govt. site or any other site has come up with their own version of this feature yet. As it stands now, this feature is not available anywhere on the internet.

realize that the actual target of their unfounded anger and insecurity is not this site, but the ticket-paying and tax-paying public who were getting several features without bureaucratic parliamentary multi-crore budget proposals and multi-year development times. Several features developed way back in 2008 - 2009 are sitting idle, because of Govt. site mandate that neither they nor anyone shall provide certain benefits to the public.
This site has neither the resources nor the desire or backdoor political influence to fight the blockages. We just discontinue the features. We shall further be forced to discontinue more features that the Govt. decides that the public does not deserve.
Hope everyone understands our helplessness, and lets this matter rest. You may petition the Govt. site to provide this feature in their own site. Thanks for your patience.
