Actually Shaan e Bhopal was the title given to the train after receiving the first ISO Certification in country. It was never an official name. But IR started using it as official name, couple of years ago every IR Site mention it as Shaan e Bhopal and still announcement of Vidisha, Ganjbasoda and Bina called it as SEB.
And the resturant also now renamed to Bhopal Express only. currently the official name of this Train is Bhopal Express only. But SEB suits it the most. You should try suggesting it to CDO HBJ if you have connections there to rename it as SEB. Also they have changed the TB of Rewanchal to Habibganj-Rewa Express also try to give its official name...
