Bengaluru Cantt is nowhere as busy as SBC. In fact it has only 3 PFs, it can't handle many terminating trains. KSR-SBC is far busier, equivalent to Secunderabad and Chennai Central. But because of only 10 platforms, most SBC-bound trains are delayed, often by >5hrs.
None of the SBC bound trains will be delayed by 5 hours because of Platform issues at SBC. They would be delayed due to traffic problems enroute.
