I have a query.
12155 Shaan-e-Bhopal SF Express holds the honor of being the first ISO 9000:2001 certified train of India. But, what is the inaugural date of this train ? The only thing I know that it was sacntioned in the Rail Budget of 1998 which can be seen in Mr. Nitish Kumar's Rail Budget Speech.

It was Introduced in July year 1998 by Then RM Nitish Kumar to provide an overnight train connectivity between Bhopal and Delhi.
Was Introduced as a weekly SF on 1st July 1998 by RM Nitish Kumar.
Later on 23rd May 1999, introduced as Shaan-E-Bhopal Express on daily basis between Habibganj and Hazrat Nizamuddin !!
