400 might be the non AC one.. AC buses wont charge this low for long distance.
Mostly less than 2000. Even for Super AC from MAS-TVC with catering, max fare is around 2200, and around 1900 without catering for 3A.. Base fare is 1500-1600 with catering.. So mostly HS fare wont touch 2K.
Have booked for HS from SA-KCVL on Nov 2.. Have to try 12685 from MAS.

Interestingly I was looking at the booking for 21-Dec (Friday) which is just few days before Christmas . Island express is already showing regret status (AC & SL) and Humsafar express already seems to have more than 40-50% booking done ( Out of 820 seats, 400 seats booked ).
Hopefully in the coming days as people start being aware , this will surely be used much more
