Once the P-7's 30319 / 30320 scheduled to be received at RPM arrives.. which train do you think will get it? My guess is TN Express.. and then may be TVC mail or Cheran exp..

Whenever any loco is given to a shed, they need to check with short trains first!! if a WAP-7 is given to RPM, they check its hauling power with a passenger train.
Now if RPM gets a WAP-7, then GT, n other SWR trains will get this most probably!!

Andaman has more stops than GT and runs three days week, as per your views Andaman has more chances to get WAP-7
WAP-7 is mostly given to SF trains!! and that too regular daily ones!! the weeklies are often considered as the 2nd choice!!
I don't agree with your this reason, because if andaman gets it rest of days the loco can be used for some weekly express or short running durontos like MAS-CBE
