This is actual list of 15 trains from which Flexi fares have been removed..
I think since Humsafars have been introduced recently they've not considered Humsafars for this. They might review Humsafars next year and add Humsafars accordingly.

Mostly Shatabdi from areas of poor occupancy. Didnt hope any Rajdhani or Duronto to make the cut.
Yes confirmed until they again review the list of trains which are doing less than 50%
