May i know railways is valid for irctc ticket, or alredy chart prepared list or ticket collector
if irctc & chart is not valid then why why should we give respect to TC
if we give respect to TC then these irctc online ticket & chart is not valid

your blog is very incoherent. please try to make your point again, clearly. Its not a good idea to assault the TC as you will be responsible for the consequences there of.
moreover you can address your problem through official channels. please send your concern via e-mail to indian railways through their website. They should be able to direct you to the concerned authority. there is also an option on the IR website to register your grievance.
