Do you really think that it is Sensible to change Stations/Cities names to "traditional" _person prototype name_ like Mughal sarai --> DDU, Allahabad --> Prayag, Ahmedabad --> Karnavati etc. ??? Give reason for your choice.

MGS renaming was wrong, but I support the other ones (PrayagRaj, Karnavati)
I echo your sentiments. MGS renaming was totally unnecessary. Karnavati and Prayagraj were the ancient names of ADI and ALD respectively so no issues with that.
