Are telescopic 🔭 tickets allowed to book in Tatkal / Premium Tatkal quota?!
Or in other words,
Can we book blank paper 📄 tickets 🎫 in TQ/PT?

No. Even AC BPTs are no longer issued. Only non AC class Non Tatkal tickets can be booked.
