Dear Mr.Vinay Kumarji,
In Southern Railways Villupuram Jn -Mayiladuthurai Jn Main line section was under
gauge conversion, and it was completed after usual delay and got the approval and clearance from the chief safety commissioner and the line was ready for operation.
But the service was not started months together, SR maintains with some or other technical reasons for the delay in...

starting the operation. The real cause was well known to all that our beloved bosses not giving date for the function
Meanwhile an advocate from Mayiladuthurai approached Madras High Court with a
Public Interest Litigation and get the orders, to start the operation with in 30 days.
Trains starts running 34th day. Formal function was held last week.
Some consumer rights protection organisations, chamber of commerce, associations of industries' Lions club, Rotary club may take the issue and get red.
