Post your PNR number in PNR forum, predictions will be made there....
availability of high official quota has been blocked by indian railways about a couple of months back...now it is not available online...even if available,the procedure for release of emergency quota berths is very tough...it is easier to travel sitting on the wheels of the train that to get a berth by ho quota for a common man...
