u cannot travel on a WL ticket
1st go to PRS and cancel the old ticket
then buy a new UR ticket and then u can travel on it

yes,you can travel...but it will be waste of money...better cancel it and get an ur tkt...rule states that wl pax shud nt board reserved compartments...so u cn travel with wl tkt in general compartment...
